Pet Types
We welcome pets at our community! Each home can have up to two pets. To ensure compatibility, pets must be vetted through Petscreening.com. Based on the evaluation, pet rent will range from $50 to $80 per pet per month. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of $300 to $400 per pet is required.
